Billing
One plan, one price, and a cancellation path that removes the box rather than leaving it running. What your model usage costs is a separate matter, covered in Bring your own keys.
The plan
TopSystems Standard is $99/month. It pays for the box: a sealed, dedicated computer that runs one function of your company. It does not pay for model tokens — those are billed to you by your own model provider, on the key you supply.
All five first-party Systems are included in the plan. No System in the catalog carries a price of its own at launch.
The founding rate
Founding rate: 50% off for 12 months — beta members keep it at launch.
That is a commitment to beta members, not something checkout works out for you. As of 2026-09-05 no discount is applied automatically at payment, so the amount charged is the price shown on Pricing. The real price stays visible throughout beta on purpose.
Cancelling
Cancel the subscription with the payment provider. When the subscription ends, we are told, and your box is marked for removal and stamped with the moment that mark was made. It is not deleted at that moment.
A sweep is what removes a marked box, and it removes one only after a configured grace period has passed since that stamp. The grace period is a setting rather than a constant in the code, and the sweep is built to fail safe: when the setting is missing, or is not a positive number, the sweep does not query, does not delete, and records that it skipped. A box is never removed on an unknown grace.
Ask us for the grace period in force on your account rather than reading a number off a page — a number printed here would be right on the day it was typed and unchecked afterwards.
Refunds
The Refund policy is the governing text. Terms and Privacy sit beside it.
Not shipped yet
- Automatic application of the founding rate at checkout. It is owed to beta members and is not yet a mechanism.
- Messages sent to you when a plan is cancelled, when the grace period is running, or when a box has been removed. Those texts are written and cannot be sent, because the sending domain is not configured.
- A billing screen of your own showing invoices and the next charge. The payment provider's own records are the only ones today.
